In a comparison of all four resent readings the reoccurance of escaping is evedent in all of them. We see either a physical or mental escape by the main charactors. Is it possible to see why the authers chose to use a physical or mental escape in thier story's? Was the physical escape used to come more in touch with the mental aspect of life?

The short story we jest read for english "Into the Wild" by Jon Krakauer. Was a story that showed the true stupidity of men, at least of certain men.
